Thank you all for your support, like everything is is good to know that I am not alone.

Still no improvement. The delicate skin under my boobs is now affected. My skin was v painful on holiday and stupidly I'd forgotten my cream - duh.

Hopefully I can now zap it.

((((((((((((KP))))))))))))

Ouchie, it can be so painful :(
Hang in there, I so hear you on the cream, I forgot mine around the chin and ugh! But I'm seeing some improvement or maybe just management. I'll take that any day!

thinking of you...hopefully the cooler weather is there and helps somewhat.
peace and healing,

psoriasis flares under stress because stress increases inflammation.
I have almost no psoriasis now because I have high does of omega 3 or fish oils. the modern diet is very low in omega 3 oils and has far too much omega 6 and 9 which get converted into arachadonic acid in the body, and if you have a gene for an over active immune system then you can get all kinds of issues including psoriasis. So don't eat sunflower and soya oil, eat olive oil in moderation and a little butter maybe but above all take high doses of fish oil as recommended on packet so that your diet has twice as much omega 3 as 6 and 9. It really really does work. And for stress use back rubs, exercise and a counsellor to learn to walk away from stress? Some people also eat lots of ground flax seed with their breakfast cereal. It won't work if you don't change the diet so you get more omega 3 and stop the production of inflammatory arachadonic acid. Hope this makes sense. I'm no scientist. Also Dovabet cream makes a seal over any tiny lesions before they can get going.

Sunlight & the beach have helped me.

Avoiding alcohol, stress.

Inflamation could be the result of a secondary infection, eg. staph.

Consult your GP,

Psoriasis is worsening. It must be 25 years plus since I had this on my hands. Now it is from my elbows to my hands. It is under my breasts  and other unmentionable places. It is sore, I am tired, I am struggling.
Stress is I am sure the underlying cause.
I want to write more but just can't.
