That's the way I try to think as well. Lord knows I have made my mistakes, and who am I to judge anyone because they sin differently than I do? But I don't know if I could do what you have already done, it is nothing short of amazing and shows a tremendous amount of patience and understanding.

Has your T suggested that she see each of you separately for a few sessions? That might help. You could feel free to express everything without him there and she would understand where you are at. Same for him.
Or you could see another T just by yourself for your "own" issues and still go to the counseling together with your husband. It sounds like you have a lot that you need to get out without worrying about damaging your relationship with your husband.

No she hasn't suggested see us separately. I am meeting a new therapist next week for myself that has experience with PTSD. The person I was seeing didn't have experience and I didn't feel she could understand that part of my life.
