Dear PTSD biotech inc.

I just wondered if you had any self-esteem boosters for sale? I know this may be a little controversial, because we don't want those non-PTSDer's who already have too much of the stuff coming here and getting more, and causing us even more problems, but perhaps it's something you could consider developing for those of us who have lost it completely?

I've just put a new Guilt Stripper in the works. It should work basically like paint stripper, except removes thick layers of unwarranted guilt and shame from your psyche. The science guys in the back room here just have to figure out a delivery method...
