I don't know why that happens Judy, but it does it to me too when I go through a different web browser.

I think if I update my Firefox browser it may clear up the problem. The problem happened when I started adding pictures into my profile. I think I accidentally deleted something while setting the whole thing up. I don't know how to fix it so I just deal with it.

This probably is a computer issue for you?
