At our last session, my T kept bringing the conversation back to a study he'd just read about the neurology of 'will power'. Apparently it's got to do with the dopamine reward system. Look for alternative rewards! (I'm a little worried about WHY he kept bringing the conversation back around to that. :wideeyed:)

Fancy food has been my replacement vice. I set myself back by vaping and smoking simultaneously before. Now vaping isn't an adequate replacement alone. :shifty:
