So, I will be seeing my sleep doctor in February, and I've started thinking about how I sleep. It seems that I need a LOT--I don't feel right or rested unless I've had a good 10-10 1/2 hours. I usually get 7 1/2 to 8, and I work from home, so I basically just wake up, roll out of bed, and sign on for work.
I dream constantly--most are neutral, some even good, and a few are bad. Very few, actually. I think the biggest thing I notice is how I *react* in and to dreams. I'm very much on an even keel, no matter what is happening, except for the few and far-between nightmares.
Sleeping is how I'd like to live my life, if that makes any sense. I find that, even if it's been a long sleep night, once I am awake, I am irritable if I have to deal with anyone. I don't notice that at all in dreams.
