Registration Disabled Briefly

I have briefly disabled new registrations in order to temporarily test the single sign-on solution.

New registrations will be activated again soon.

There may be some temporary closures whilst testing occurs, as I require a https environment to test some aspects of the solution.

There may be times over the coming days where registration is disabled, as further testing is being performed to work out bugs that cannot be tested for in the test environment.
