You do know that all iMacs can install Windows within Bootcamp? You can either choose which to boot at startup, OR, you can use a virtual program such as VMWare or Parallels to run Windows from Mac at the same time.

I do. I have some coworkers who have done this. Some have had better luck than others getting it to work with our company's system. My biggest reservation is because whenever our company has tech issues they're very quick to blame our equipment or service provider. If I was using anything other than an approved computer and had any problems I fear I would never get them to do their job and find the real problem because they'd be too busy blaming my computer. It's probably an unfounded fear but they're that stupid sometimes.

It's the same thing as them telling us that the only browser we can use to access our work portal is IE. I know for a fact that I can do it with other browsers and it will work perfectly. I hate IE but I still keep using it for work because if I have any issue the first thing they would do is detect that I'm not using the correct browser and blame it on that instead of looking for the real problem.

@catjudo Yeah, I don't know why some places/people think it's only IE and nothing else. My library is like that, my boss lady gets upset if she even sees another browsers is on your library computer and has then taken off.
