I understand your fears. To me it sounds like physical sexual control over your own body is strongly linked to your weight. I think that’s a common issue with sexual trauma. In essence, the more control you have over your weight, the more you feel empowered which gives you a false sense of control in completely preventing sexual trauma. Your mind can play tricks on you, because actually the more weight you lose below normal, the increased risk you have of being hospitalized and losing freedom.
Very unlikely to end up with a guardian if you're dying. How many people have you ever heard of with a guardian? Unless you are mentally deficient and continually doing things that prove you are incapable of making decisions for your own well-being and someone cares enough to apply for a guardianship and can prove that you are totally mentally incapable there is no way the government will spend money on awarding a guardian.. Guardianship is concerned with only certain decision-making fuctions, like where you live, and decisions related to health care. Guardians will not tell you how or what to eat Guardians can't stop you doing what you want with your money either. A separate process involving money can take place if you are deemed unfit to care for yourself with your finances, it's have a financial trustee. It is separate from who is appointed guardianship.
