In retrospect, I don't have a voice but more so thoughts or conclusion I draw on myself as regards myelf, albeit influenced by other's words.
I've heard it said shame is concluded or occurs in relation to others, but I would/ do feel (or not) shame regardless if others knew or if alone. Maybe worse when others know but not different.
