Anthony, I think more salmon rissoles are on order!! Actually, cook some for me too. I've never had salmon rissoles! I'm sure they will be fine popped in a jiffy bag and posted to the UK!! LOL!

My darling husband, I will remember this sarcastic comment next time I drop everything to go up the street to buy you cold & flu tablets and something for your throat. It will also re-surface when I bring you coffee in bed with your cold & flu tablets and when I rub Vicks into your chest/back and try and make you feel more comfortable.

Unfortunately it is hard to compete against a freight training running through the night.....oh, sorry, that was snoring :p
