Hi,

I have been using this site for sometime now. I have PTSD... I am trying so hard to find answers to so many things... I have a therapist and I feel like I am just scratching the surface with them... I will not dump everything thing on my introduction, so hello to you all and thank you for being here!

Welcome to the site, the thing is not to rush into things, and don't expect results straight away, that just does not happen, I'm afraid to say.

Be patient, take each session at a time, and be honest with your therapist, don't be afraid to share things, you will find that once you begin to open up, share your thoughts, the results will begin to show, good luck.
