Ambien was too strong for me and Trazadone became too weak. Is there a middle ground I can ask a doctor about? I see one tomorrow at outpatient, pending Im not admitted back into inpatient. ..ugh, hate that thought...I take melatonin and vistiril but its not doing much at all. Remeron had an adverse effect on me...I became unusunussually aggressive and very out of body both on Remeron and Ambien. I don't know where to turn, my nightmares, flashbacks, hypervigilance, and startle response have greatly increased over the last two weeks. Id almost beg for a hospital stay so i could just sleep. (not funny but i want to laugh, cry, scream all at once)
