I <3 this thread, thank you for posting it (I have many pages of it to read, but a few at a time is more than enough). I am amazed at how many people were picking songs that express how I feel. It's great to read posts from people and really know that every lyric is truly heart felt. I agree music is a trigger sometimes, but I think having something to sing and scream along to can be a good release too. Here are mine..

(((((rainy_daze))))) Not sad at all exactly how I feel about the Garbage songs. I listen to all their albums over and over, the lyrics really do sum up so much.
