Hi Maggiemay. I'm glad it went okay. I am even more glad you have plan in place for when you need it. Don't forget to practice before you need it. Otherwise some of us tend to forget.
Been a positive week :) It was my 1st week back teaching full time & I loved being with the kids and feeling like I have purpose again :) All organised which helps too :)
Saw GP and for first time in about a year I'm positive and no longer tachycardic (just - pulse is 98! But a huge improvement from 150!!!) Finally found the right mix of drugs I think :)
And had 3 month review with old therapist. All good, although now concerns over me developing an eating disorder = urgh!! :(
I know it can be fixed, but a new label is the last thing I need :'(
After a great 1st week at work, this weekend I've been absolutely exhausted. Definitely took more out of me than I realised! :( But just done planning for the week. Am gonna pop out and hope for no panic attack, then will do some more so I'm ahead of myself :) xxx
