Staying up late has helped symptoms??

I know this is a weird question but, lately I have been staying up a lot later than usual and during the day feel tired a lot. This staying up late isn't due to nightmares/insomnia just my own choice. Anyhow, I feel like this minor sleep deprivation has kept me in almost a dissociative state- as I have heard that being tired can increase disassociation- lately I have felt no depression/distress really. I am not saying I should continue doing this but, I was wondering if anyone else had a similar experience? This thought just dawned on me this morning as I am questioning if I even have PTSD-Idk if this is disassociation/emotional numbness/what? Idk how I could be so depressed one week feeling like I want to die and the next week be fine? Anyways these are just my thoughts-what do you think?
