Wonderful afternoon/evening visiting Deb. She stayed awake the whole time and visited and even laughed. Boy did that warm my heart! Then J and I went and got her some dinner from Noodles and Company. Yep, can you believe that! She ate all her soup (small cup) and some of her pasta. Put the rest in her fridge so she can have it tomorrow. I know she is doing better because she was complaining about how horrible the hospital food is...LOL...that made me smile too! OH....and we didn't have to wear masks to see her today. That is how much her counts have gone up. I can't even begin to express how relieved I am to see her getting better each day. She still has a long ways to go, but to see her improve daily is awesome.

Thank you all so very, very much for your prayers, support, candles, well wishes, hugs, well...everything. I am convinced you all have been a big part of her healing. Please don't stop now...she still needs you and it is obvious it is making a difference.

PH, I know I have said this a dozen times, but make sure she doesn't over do it when she gets home. Her body isn't use to doing even the normal daily stuff and, even that, can knock her for a loop. I just don't want her to get sick like my husband did.

I'm sooo happy her counts are going up, that is wonderful!

But glad I am going home to get some rest without someone coming in at least every four hours to check my vitals.

I am so happy that you Deb are going home. I hope you get lots of rest and good food down you. Try not to overdo. Take it easy, and force yourself to slow down in all things.
