Well managed to eat scrambled eggs, shells and cheese and a sweet potato. Interesting combo, but it is breakfast lunch and dinner. :) Drinking lots of water and feeling like a human being even more this evening. Been watching movies all day, and of course PH, picks out the perfect ones. Really uplifting and happy ones.
One thing I forgot and I realized was that the two times I went to the hospital, they kept me in a private room in the infusion center. Bone marrow transplants and stem cell transplants are isolated from the general population. Also, no returning next week for tests as they are sending a nurse daily to the house. The exposure to germ thing is pretty serious. So, my youngest daughter is sick and is going to have to leave for a few days.
White cells aren't expected to crash until Monday, and that is when I start taking seven or eight different medications just to keep away infections, viruses and fungus. Also remember that I met the rest of the medical team on Thursday. There is a dietitian, an infectious disease specialists, a social worker, my oncologist, and a cardiologist, and my home healthcare nurse. Really like my home healthcare nurse and she hit it off with my daughter. She also likes big dogs which is good thing since two of them live here.
It is weird that I couldn't remember things for a little while, and it isn't like disassociation. It was more just being too tired to be conscious. I can't explain the fatigue. I figured out that from Thursday until around 2:00 P.M. today I have slept a total 34 hours out of the past 60. But this is not a cure for insomnia that I would recommend.
