I will say though that I have gotten far more reliable information on PTSD and the possible treatments for it from this site than I got from even the counselors I was seeing....

I have great concerns in sharing my trauma past and having it used for ways of torture for some criminally minded sexual deviant. In fact remove this post after reading, if you should see fit. I was filled with trepidation for the past week or two to do the diary (just started today). It was just something that was a complete fail in therapy. As my case was passed on, and on, and on. High turn over rate where I was going for metal health care.

I have been encouraged by so many people to write a book. I never wanted to as the info could be used for evil.

I am improving my basic grammar skills. This was something I signed up to do here. I don't get mad, just worried about my brain. Re-training my brain is what I do. I used to be an engineering project manager before I am "healing" complex PTSD and a TBI. Also coming back from a "Stress Break Down".

I don't want this post to trigger an epidemic here. This is a touchy one to put through. So no worries on my part if you'd like to remove it. If so, please reply via PM. I'm not sure if I cut this out and paste to a PM that the quote will carry over.

Thanks to you and your moderators. The job isn't easy so days, but always well done as I see so far.

JC, I think that concerns us all. But, AFAIC, so long as they don't know who we really are, is there any damage if they do? I dunno.

Get buggered when I hate when I forget the full stop, the "m-e" on the end of so"__"... omfg even get pissed at the misplaced comma...I'm a case that made my Ts & Cs rock back and forth in their f'n chair hugging their self cryin out "oh grose" yeah oh well may they learn too. I taught one how not to try to lie to next that they can T&C CPTSD when they can't...but stickin' it out hardcore...all us non malingerers will rise above. I speak the truth in a world of lies. I appreciate the notice as well as the staff allowing dialogue. I have run my own site, been a long time member of several sites and yes, even been temporarily banned. With good cause, I might say, I just had a tantrum and didn't know when to say when and set the other person off who happened to be the Admin and I was the Moderator. It was done behind closed quarters but I just flipped and 'type and send' is not always a good idea without thinking first.

I am well aware of the humility it takes to apologize to the whole board and step down. I think this forum structure helps me to stop and think a bit more, very helpful as I do tend to leave words out as I type anyway and need to proof-read as a rule.

I'm paranoid enough to realize on every site the pervs and fakes show too but I trust that they eventually show their true colours, after all they live everywhere so I steadily arm myself anyway pffff they can't do much more damage to me :ninja:
