Thank you and I have looked at the "mood mapping" which really does make sense. Some days the pain is not so intense just a vague ache in my heart but other days it is so intense I feel terrible sadness and loneliness. I have worked out that if I distract myself over several days, the pain is less but I think that this is because I have not purposefully thought about it?
