For anyone who uses Tapatalk to access the forum, please be aware that it will be removed within a week due the issues it causes with forum features.
Tapatalk is a third party software built on default forum software rules. In other words, when you add a feature, Tapatalk doesn't recognise it, because it is its own software within itself. It pulls specific data and permissions from the primary software (Xenforo) so users access their permissions and data.
The problem is that this forum uses many non-standard features to improve functions for members. The forum also uses anonymity features which Tapatalk won't recognise, along with tagging and other functions here.
PTSD Forum is responsive now. The style has been well and truly tested across mobile browsers as highly functional, fast and best of all, it means all the third party features work as they are because it is browser accessed and not app based software.
It has always been my intention to remove Tapatalk once the style has been tried and tested in mobile environments. Now is as good a time as any.
I am giving users of Tapatalk a weeks notice, then the software will be removed and all access to PTSD Forum will be via mobile browsers. It may take you time to get used to it, though just like Tapatalk, you become used to how it functions within a mobile environment quick enough.
This will not affect the other two sites Tapatalk access, as they're not responsive styles.
