One 'such' male attitude is enough to fill this entire forum...no encouragement needed or welcomed. It would be hell on earth for all of us. :arghh; You should try living with Anthony; you only get doses of him on the forum. Add Ted and well..... it would all be downhill from there. :bag:

I have been carrying my camera with me the last few days so I can take pics of those things around Berlin that remind me of the forum. The normal TED posters have already gone, BUT... I could not believe my eyes today and had a laughing fit crossing a street seeing this:

Still didn't understand why they would put new posters up, until I came closer...

OMG: Ted speaks Berlin dialect!!! They actually dubbed the movie with Berlin dialect German!!!

"Ich" (I) = "Ick" (I in Berlin dialect) and "Bär" being bear, and the whole "Ick bin ein Bärliner" referring to what John F. Kennedy said in 1963...

I guess that's proof we're nuts!

Just watched the movie this afternoon.

It was OK, maybe the UK sense of humour missed something.

I'm with you Amethist - it was ok. I've enjoyed Anthony's reaction to it but have no inkling to ever watch the movie again.

I watched it a week ago. I got bored and only watched half of it. The whole bear part was different and funny but I got bored.

If I want a quirky comedy romantic movie I'll watch The Princess Bride.
