Okay and thanks for clarifying @TyraaryT - can you try smaller bits then, smaller & regular, get back up? Making yourself to, even if it's difficult and you have no appetite and anxiety is in the way.
Soothing routines before eating, praising yourself for eating any amount, soothing routines after eating, no reprimands if you can't manage for the day kind of a thing.
With the psychiatrist, you're doing okay, you'll get there. People reschedule appointments all of the time, it isn't a big mess up or 'failure', it simply happened, you will get there. :)
