Thanks To The Admins!

I just want to thank all the administrators, some of whom apparently took time from their holidays to fix up some especially ill-timed problems with the site.

I, for one, felt in need of some extra holiday-related emotional support - so extra thank-yous all around, everyone who helps keep things going 24/7

I wanted to post this on the administrator board but I'm blocked so "Social" is my second choice. I hope it's an appropriate place to give thanks.

Yes, I was happily on the site this morning, posting away when WHAM! All was lost. I thought, "Oh dear, all the techs will be off with their families today and we won't be able to get back on. Oh No!" But all is again well now, and I am so grateful. Holidays can be especially difficult for this widow. My parents have passed away too. (And I was never able to have kids). So being alone on holidays is especially difficult, as there is no place in this small town to go to, except church of course, on this holiday. We thankfully had a special dinner at church, so I had that to go to, but then I came back home to a place full of nothing but memories. I prayed a lot, and that got me through until now, but I sure am glad to see everyone here now! And I needed to be here, I had something important to post in the PRAYER REQUESTS thread.
