Indeed Srain - when my first husband tried to kill me when I asked for a divorce, my attorney charged me 400.00 an hour - but the actual charge when you looked at the bill was 100.00 per fifteen minutes and all minutes rounded up! So If we talked 16 minutes - I was billed 200.00.
I do not get 100.00 per fifteen minutes for any anesthetic. Even with private insurance. I get a DRG - a fee, for a diagnosis. It doesn't matter how much time I spend - I get the same fee.
