OH I TOTALLY see the benefits of going inpatient. It's getting over the paralyzing fear of it.
This was something discussed early on in my therapy. I've been in a bad spot before and BEGGED, BEGGED with snot and tear and almost on my knees not to put me back there. Prospect ... whew... ok... chest hurts really bad on this...try NOT to have a full out panic attack while discussing...
I don't HAVE to go. It would be the best thing in many many ways...
Still damn shaky as hell..
ok... so... I'm thinking 50 miles with some nice stiff headwinds ought to do the trick...
