I need a hug today as I have had a rough one. Have had a stammer that came on suddenly after a flashback. I was not able to go to work today as my stammer has me shaking and spitting.. Very frustrating and embarrassing. I have been battling suicidal thoughts today.. Needing some positivity as I am running low.
