A different twist on discussing Doctors.

Any Doctor Who fans here? Wondering how you're feeling with Capaldi and Moffat leaving and Whittaker and Chibnall coming in?

I was hoping for a different actress (or my dream Doctor - Hugh Laurie) but Whittaker should be solid. And they're finally stepping back on the path the creater wanted to go in the 80s but was blocked by the BBC. Tom Baker had a great story line way back when on switching gender time Lord's and of course Missy set precedence with the new series.

I'm worried about Chibnall. Haven't cared for his style of story telling on other BBC shows. Definitely different than Moffat.

And I'm still ticked they're going past 12 (really 13) regenerations with no explanation. Twelve has always been end of the line.

I cant WAIT to see who the new dr is. I am so so excited. Me and my friend Toria will be watching. I don't know much about the writers but I do hope they are as good as the previous ones.

I don't think it matters who the actor is as long as they're good. I'm glad to see the back of Moffat though- I'm a big RTD fan, and didn't like wht Moffat did to the show. I haven't even been able to watch half the last series because the storylines annoyed me so much. I'm hoping that'll change now.
