Things I would tell myself

It will get better. You will feel peaceful sometimes. You will improve your connection with your mom. You have a lot of regrets about things that ultimately don't matter. Job, school, etc.

And some that do matter -- like the harm you've caused to others. But you'll learn to exist with it. You will gain better understanding of the context.

Focus on being a friend, tending your relationships, and doing shit you enjoy. It doesn't have to be world-changing. You can just enjoy playing Persona 3.

It's OK to be disabled, despite all the messages to the contrary you receive constantly from society.
