ZENTANGLE OR DOODLE YOUR WAY TO A DONATION - NO CASH REQUIRED!
When I joined this forum I was amazed at the number if artists of this site, since getting to know a lot of them I find we all struggle with the same issues on and off.
Art blocks, work one day cannot work the next, creative losses I could go on and on. I have a few friends that are finding it hard just like me and I have thought of a double sworded attack. We were on chat this afternoon talking about this very thing and I have come up with a fun challenge......
I have never heard of zentangle before today but google zentangle and click images and wow you will be inspired. By the look you don't have to be too artistic, then again I have only had a quick glance before I jumped in boots and all..... mmmmm
The challenge we have sorted out is:
DONATE A DOODLE CHALLENGE:
1) make a doodle - anything you can think of just for fun! Patterns, lines, dots - phone call doodles - whatever you like.
2) post it on this thread.
3) Whoever gets the most likes by 5th March (one week from today) wins!
What do you win? A contribution will be made to the forum in your name. The amount will be determined by the total number of doodles we get on this thread.
First Place: one dollar per total doodles
Second place: one dollar for 1/2 the total doodles
Third place: one dollar for 1/3 the total doodles
Where is the money coming from? The generous support of sammy and nam.
THE POINT IS TO HAVE SOME FUN GETTING INVOLVED, AND THIS IS SOMETHING EVERYBODY WITH A COMPUTER CAN DO!
The only rule is, no putting in old work! Start new so its fair.
So get your pens ,pencils, twigs what ever makes a mark on paper and give it a go.
