My ex is a real winner. I was with him for 8 years and we had 3 kids together. He will never take ownership for what he has done. He will not admit he ripped the phone out of the wall, tried to take the kids older kids away from when i was pregnant with our youngest, he pulled me off of him by my hair and tossed me on the floor because I tried to stop him from leaving. He would have left me in the middle of nowhere with NO way to get help as he isolated me from my family and friends as well as had control of all our money .He will never admit to having us live in worst then 3rd world conditions. How is having your wife sift through rotting fruit and veggies for food that might be ok for us to eat. The rotting fruit and veggies was meant for the pigs. A couple of examples of what it was like. He would rather blame someone else rather then take ownership for the things he does .

And he's surprised that you don't want to continue the dysfunction right? I read the letter you composed. It was thoughtful, no assertive comments. But you know it'll fall on deaf ears. Have you thought of having a no share zone when you transfer the kids? Don't talk, just switch them from home to the Devils cave. If he starts picking on you ask him to put all issues in writing. And you do the same. If he can't see your blood boil maybe he'll give up the game.

For a time we were meeting at the police station that was close to my house however with my mobility issues it was difficult in the winter as I rely on public transportation. I know my letter will fall on deaf ears BUT i did and submitted it to my lawyer to show how I am attempting to work with him . I am documenting every effort I am making
