Stevie Wonder took 2 knees on Saturday during the MSNBC concert in Central Park in NY. I support the players for taking a knee. I support freedom of speech. And I support any and all that speak out against racism. I believe that Trump is a racist and he incites others with his verbiage that he spews.

When I stop and think of the shit that has happened to so many, just because of the color of their skin, their religious beliefs, the way that they lived, or because someone didn’t believe the same as they did, I’m appaled. I may have thoughts or judgements about others, but I would never ACT out on my thoughts, and those that do are sick IMO!!!!

The Indians that were massacred, the blacks that were lynched, the Jews that were incinerated in concentration camps, and the religious wars that continue today throughout the Mideast, just makes me sick... So anyone that TAKES A KNEE, in a NON violent protest....... I have respect for!!!!!

I am so angry and frustrated with Trump and his lack of response to Puerto Rico I could just scream. It’s been over a week now and there is very little help being sent there. WHY, because Puerto Rico has a debt with the US, and Trump is pissed off because of this. Though shit, they are citizens of the US, and to hell with the f*cking debt. I can’t fathom the treatment these people are, well really NOT receiving. It’s appaling.

They are lacking water, food, gas, electricity and very little help has been sent. And Trump is refusing the help from Cuba!!!! OMG!!!!! f*cking bullshit!!!

Hey @leehalf - glad you chimed in! I'm glad we sent the hospital ship and troops.

Where do you stand on Trump's decision to not lift the Jones act, like he did for FL and TX, to allow fuel to be shipped to Puerto Rico more quickly? That's where I'm baffled. Trump himself said he hasn't lifted it, and I can't figure out why. Any thoughts?

From what I've recently read @leehalf is that it took 6 days for any response at all and the hospital ship is set to depart this coming Saturday with another 3-5 travel days. Oh. And the tweets. I also read those.
