That sounds so good. I love lemon squares so much. I have not found a recipe yet though and I have a frien...

The chef makes the recipes but the Meyer lemon has a stronger flavor than the regular lemons that are sold. So, it has a bolder lemon flavor with a light, flaky crust at the bottom. Then I make the whipped cream. Heavy cream and some powdered sugar as to not make it so sweet.

Lower temperature and cook it for a longer time. I saw Paula Deen had a recipe for it, lol. Usually hers are pretty yummy!
