In spite of being wakened at 4am by noisy seagulls and daylight, refuses to wear earplugs and eyemask in case of intruder, fire or other significant disaster, does that count? :rolleyes:
 
I sleep in comfortable lightweight clothes and am just fine with this. I have been doing this for so many years.

I do!! I have to fight myself to not carry a knife. Sometimes I go to bed in jeans. Always have to know where my boots are at and everything I own is in a strategic place in case I have to bug out. This is PTSD related?? Your post is seriously eye opening. This is related to post traumatic stress?
