I don't know how else to really describe this. For the past couple of weeks or so I've been having these weird sensations almost like wooziness or dizziness in my head.

Is this PTSD related or has anyone else experienced this? It's kind of freaking me out.

I have been experiencing the same thing. I read that this can happen when working through what caused your PTSD. It is suppose to get better as you continue through dealing with your issues.

I doubt it has to do with PTSD. I've been having dizziness and nausea for the past 10 days now and it has nothing to do with PTSD.

Can't describe the sensation, other than dizziness, but it's a strange feeling.

It's like a type of movement sensation. Usually when I disassociate I just feel numb, unless this is a different type.

@joeylittle That was why I asked @Gia1019 about looking up at the ceiling if it bothered her. There is benign positional vertigo that affects you in a weird way. Its caused from one of your ears actually, and the treatment for it is a bit bizarre, but it eventually works. I've had it before....

Are you on prazosin? Get your blood pressure checked. It could also be low blood sugar. Another possibility is a silent sinus infection. You CAN have a sinus infection with out the nose dripping mucus. It will cause dizziness though due to swelling.
