New to this but I guess I found it for a reason. Got taken to the hospital after a mental break and some stuff happened that I didn't know I did. I have 5 deployments in 9 years into OIF and OEF. Just looking to be a fly on the wall and make sense of all the stuff people are telling me as I go through the process. Thanks for having me. I will be the creepy guy sitting in the corner of the forums with my back to the wall watching the doors and making sure I have an exit.

Glad you found us. It does get easier brother. Of course it comes and goes, and I guess always will. But this place is a fountain of knowledge, good people who have your back. So pull up a stool, sit in the back and read, or participate as you feel comfortable doing.

Look at the bright side, while you are "enjoying" three hots and a cot, you are surrounded by real crazies, most of which are highly entertaining. Also, psych nurses are some of the coolest gals on the planet.

As for being creepy- Sorry to say manno, 'round these parts you have to get in line! Every single one of us is creepy, that is why we are here. For real insight, and quite a few giggles, check out the "man caves" thread we have on here.

Yeah the fort I am at doesnt have med care so I got taken to the VA clinic for treatment. It has been a lot easier for me since they said yes you are not ok and it wasn't just me feeling like I was being a bitch cause I couldn't handle it. The biggest thing that helped me realize what is going on and kinda pulled me out of the snow in my mind is watching the looks on people's faces as I answered questions and broke down. Thanks so much for the support and I am so glad I stumbled into this spot.
