Favorite pasta sauce?

I want to say Whore sauce! (Puttanesca) because it’s funny, like cock sauce is funny, and I am apparently a 12yo boy… but actually, Puttanesca is only a close second, because it needs seafood / rock shrimp puttanesca is one of the first pasta dishes I learned how to make… my actual favourite is Arrabiata (Enraged) which can be eaten with anything -including seafood!- or all by itself. And it’s almost as fun to say. Especially if you get to snap a towel at someone, when you say it.

My Dads family has ties on both the paternal and maternal (Lancaster) side that run way, way, back, I think my sister was back near 1000 AD in genealogy at one point.
