cedar! I spent a lot of time as a young man escaping into the wildernesses of my home state where they are native. Lots of rain here and cedars are both a dry place to hang out on a rainy day and cool moist shade on a hot day, if I had to pick a place to shelter for survival i would seek a cedar tree.

Tri Tip steak, mid rare, thin sliced, on a toasted baguette, with moody toppings!

Moody =
- Philly one day
- Avocado & horseradish mayo another day
- lettuce/tomato/avo/red onion
- smothered in mushrooms
- peppers extravaganza
- naked! & skinny dipping in au jus! Rascal!
- wasabi mayo & radishes
- Moody!!!

Favorite birthday meal would be steak. Prime rib. I like the fat and gristle. I’m starting to learn steak cuts. I buy the discounted steaks because they are on the expire date. Then I freeze them. The ones I remember so far are Tri-tip, prime rib, and filet mignon. I can’t remember the difference between prime rib and Tri-tip right now.

And I’m rambling again.

Favourite blanket was one I had as a very young infant.. patch work multiple colours (pastels) which had a silky elephant on it (wasn't silk but felt like it!!)... I took it every where and rubbed the elephant off with my thumb.. don't know where it is now but I can still feel the blanket ...
