I'm feeling deeply dissapointed and I want to give up on finding love. I am so sad and tired of being alone with no one to hold. I am so frustrated that I just don't want to try anymore.

I feel so frustrated that people are enabling other people. It is dangerous.

I feel pretty good today. I struggled a bit this morning but some very good things happened and I have been able to let go of the drama and just relax.

I feel mildly anxious. I feel like it is a bit all too hard, but not in a totally overwhelming way, so my emotions are getting better. I now just have to do it. I feel like it is time to get moving.
