I am feeling a bit neurotic that it took so much stress to get a section of the work done but very glad to have got that section done.

Today I feel unappreciated and taken for granted and taken unfair advantage over me. Time for me to turn this around so things are better for me. I need to set boundries and take care of myself. I feel pissed off right now and it is up to me to make things more fair for me.

I am feeling centered and calm now. Working through the process and going forwards.

Feeling a little challenged but really glad I got 6 hours work done today.

I feel a little sad and a little relieved, Papa Bear goes into respite care tomorrow for three weeks. I so need to catch up on sleep and have a rest.

Peaceful but contemplative. Need to make some decisions and as usual I am questioning myself.

I'm having anxiety over how much anxiety I'm having. It's slightly easier to manage than the depressive stuff so I'll be grateful for that.

I keep getting waves of dizziness. I am off my medicine for the second day in a row. I just want to lie down and sleep. But I can't sleep. I am feeling frustrated. This isn't cool.

I am feeling ill. Today is the first day I'm off antibiotics and my legs are very swollen. I'm beginning to think that this is from the skin infection I have and not a reaction to the Zyprexa I was on. It is very painful and I pray it can wait until I can call my family dr. tomorrow. I hate going to the emergency room because the last time I was there I was off all my psych meds and was a mess. I feel like medical professionals who don't know me only see me as crazy and don't pay attention to my physical ailments. When this happens it drives me crazy.

I feel a bit tired, worn out and weary. Papa Bear drop off to respite care today, and it is always emotional.

@roaminggnome Thank you. No sleep, but I see I can take seroquel up to two days before the tests so I will take that to get a better nights sleep. I appreciate the support.
