What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I am sore from falling to the ground this afternoon in the mud, strained my back, hip, and shoulder but am otherwise doing well. I got to visit with family the past coupla days and I am feeling happy. motivated, determined, empowered and loved.

I am feeling peaceful and contented today. I took the day off for some down time and I enjoyed it so much. I am actually feeling so much better..

I am feeling really overwhelmed as I am reading about adolescent development. Hey I am a bit stuck. I just wish the traumas hadn't started so young and go on for so long. Anyway I started to feel sick today and very tired. I didn't sleep that well last night. Taking Papa Bear to respite is tiring. He is in a really good place and they are excellent people.

Still dizzy from not taking my meds. The tests are almost here so that is good. Then I can go back to my meds. Feeling a little bad knowing that I can't pick up my son early from school like I normally do on Tuesday. Not with all this head spinning. Aren't you glad I haven't taken it to the road? lol

Tired and a little achey from my chiropracter's appointment, but actually feeling a little more positive than usual. I won't say happy, but just knowing that I'm not feeling too bad is an improvement when usually I don't have a clue.;)

Still anxious and very eager to discuss that with my p-doc tomorrow. It's been going on for days and I'm making it worse by wanting a reason why. There might not be a reason, and I know that. I still want some cause, a bit of logic, anything.

I did a couple of things just for me and my spirits are uplifted and I feel pretty good. It is about time. Trying to stay positive.

I feel anxious. I spent the morning in the emergency room where I was told by the resident doctor that my ankles weren't swollen which they are. The attending doctor told me that my joint pain was from the Zyprexa. I was told to take motrin and tylenol with codeine for pain. I was told by my pdoc to never take motrin. So I checked with my pharmacist and he said there is a low risk drug interaction between the motrin and the Cymbalta I take. I left another message for mypdoc. This is my second message since last Thursday and I've yet to get a response. I have no Xanax to take for my anxiety due to the fact that my pdoc wrote the prescription out wrong last week. The entire atmosphere of the emergency room set off my PTSD and anxiety.

Unexpectedly angry. Angry for me. Angry at my family for ignoring my needs and justifying their behaviour by making it my fault. Angry at the people in my life who were complicit.
