What Are You Grateful For Today?

The warm sunshine outside - even if I prefer to stay in my flat. It looks so nice.

Sunshine after cloudy days.
The explosion of Fall color.
The local farmers market.
Dogs that are shedding less!
Smell of wood burning.

That I was able to sell a lot of stuff on eBay. It's like getting rid of my old life in so many ways...painful, but there's no space for new stuff.

I'm grateful for kindness, a knowing look, the times when life just seems to flow your way. And the times when you don't mind it not flowing your way.

I'm grateful I can see my therapist today. She is down to the last months of her pregnancy, then she will be on maternity leave. I chose not to see anyone else during that time. She assures me she will be back.
