Full on Summer heat and humidity..no pain for me.
New day...new start and new opportunity
Health and happiness for my children

Vine ripened fruit, baby wild animals, feathered friends, blooming wild flowers, space to explore and release, and the feeling of soft green moss on my bare feet, like nature's carpet.

So very grateful the mobile vet stopped by and checked out my boy cat. No breathing issues. The pain and weird stuff mostly caused by a laceration on his tongue. So grateful it is not something more serious!

Being able to function fairly well in spite of some pretty major stress and physical limitations.

Maddie's urinary issues seem to be fully resolved after a year.

For another day of life and I need remember that so many of my family and friends do not have this chance.

Grateful for the newly recharged desire -- and willingness and energy -- to eat healthy, including cooking at home again.

Grateful for physical and emotional pain. I'm alive and I'm human and I'm doing the best I can. Grateful to know that.
