I am grateful that I still had my "shoe boot" as I so need to wear it to allow time for this toe of mine to heal. Tried walking without it, and my foot aches too much. Still pretty bruised up!

I'm grateful for the rain here too, it keeps the brush fire danger low and the heat index even lower.

I'm grateful for sleeping so well last night :sleep:. What a difference a sound sleep makes!

One major change of for this week is completed and only one more to go. Funny how people moving in and out can shift the dynamics of a household so quickly. Not necessarily bad, but just stressful.

I'm grateful that the dogs gave me a lovely hug when I came back from the dentist. Max, came and sat on my knee and just rested his head on my shoulder, whilst Saffi sat on the other shoulder. They could sense how fragile I feel.

Grateful that I will have two days off from tomorrow. Still so physically drained and sleep that doesn't deserve to be called that.

I am grateful for the time I have left with my husband. I gave him a hug today and he hugged me back. I just love his hugs.

I am so grateful that after a day that my iPod has been dead (nothing moved, battery not drained, I really mean dead) and all internet resources plus the help line of the local iPod store said it would have to be exchanged for 110 €, it got back to life (with a little trick posted on one webpage). I love my iPod and would have not been able to afford a new/exchanged one!

Mine sometimes goes on strike, but if you press a couple of buttons together (poss menu and play) it sort of reboots itself. First time mine did that I panicked and my daughter explained what to do. Boy, didn't I feel smart when Hs did the same and I 'fixed' it:roflmao:
