I am grateful that I woke up in a good mood.

I am grateful for:

Getting to see my friends tonight
The cherry pie my husband brought home
My back is healing nicely
The "cold" front moving in (instead of +90 and humid it will be mid 80's and less humid.:laugh:)
Losing 10lbs in the past 6 weeks

The Library, where they have computers I can use until finally SKYTECH comes and hooks up internet for me. I am awaiting a call back from them to see if a Site Survey has been done yet, so see if they can hook me up. I am pretty sure they can, since the company they bought out used to give me internet about a year ago. I sure hope to back up and running soonest. I really depend upon my internet for just about everything I do on my computer and I spend good deal of time online. I listen to music online, YOUTUBE, you know... I come here so much that I have been given a permanent Premium Membership! (I just posted my 5000th message here last week, which qualified me). So, I am grateful to myptsd.com for that gift too, and I hope to be able to use it from my home soonest. In the meantime, again, I sure am grateful to the library and their computers!

I am grateful for a good therapy session this morning. I wrote down a list of questions I wanted to ask her, and brought them in. I am starting to trust my T more :)

Non-surviving related creativity emerging. :) Hooray, culture & verbalizing brain is beginning to be online, so is sign languages & reach out for help one.

Grateful for no anxiety. Grateful for family and that we love each other in spite of our little spats and that we can work through them together.

Grateful for the forum friends I have and being able to get support and give support.

Grateful that I have the grand kids for three more days.

For having the energy to do a repair on the ramp that I use to drive the electric scooter in and out of the tin shed, where it's kept.

And for the nice dry warm weather which enabled me to do it, that was my positive thing for today.
