I'm grateful my new super anti-inflammatory is working, and I'm not writhing in pain today.
I'm grateful I got to go to a huge yard sale yesterday.

Just let me get through the day without having to expending an enormous amount of energy... just to keep my mouth shut.....

Yes, I am grateful that I been able to do this... to date.

Being able to begin to articulate what I'm feeling.. and to be able to pinpoint the source of where it's coming from.
That despite all my traumas I still have a heart capable of caring and loving despite some areas still in healing and that it did not get turned completely to stone.
