A ride home from church, because it was raining. I had walked there, 5 blocks or so, but it got to raining pretty heavily, so I sure was glad for a ride home!

I'm grateful to still have enough pull/influence with some businesses that I can make a phone call and *poof* problem is solved... even at 5 am eastern time.

Grateful for beginning to be able to relax for the first time in years. For the self compassion in place of self hate.. For the beginnings of being able to be a little playful again.
It feels amazing and I know there's much more possible.
