The sun finally making an appearance and an abundance of homegrown fruits and veggies to prepare and preserve. It feels like a chore in the moment of doing, no doubt about it, but I'll be even more grateful once the season ends and I can't run out to readily grow or grab what it is I need/want.

Going to church to where my boyfriend and his family go to for the first time.Welcomed in right away and was grateful for this.Pastor and his wife were nice to me.Plus found out a couple member's,a couple's 18 year old son is leaving for Marines boot camp next week.Gave him some great advice,one was listen to the drill instructors and don't let them know your name.Told him I was in the Marines for 8 years and thought that was cool telling me thanks for the advice.
