That, despite everything, I'm getting (slowly) better physically.

I am so grateful to be a member on this PTSD forum and for all of the great peer support that we give to each other in our daily lives. I am so thankful to actually fit in here, never fit in before anywhere and the love and acceptance I receive here has surely speeded up my recovery processes.
