work from home. snowing an inch an hour and thats not much snow but it slows the commute an hour per inch. Home, woodstove, laptop wifi still works as long as no one takes out a pole. Thankful no one has taken out a pole.

For increased strength, being able to walk with out pain even if only for a few minutes. For not being in pain afterwards. For bring able to stand for longer without pain. For Qi Gong exercises, and how effective they are at strengthening my core muscles and so gently. For the exercise routines available on YouTube for regaining strength after being bed bound. Good stuff.
